Linie verde: Consiliere gratuită psihologică pentru persoanele afectate de COVID-19
Peste 40 de psihoterapeuţi voluntari oferă consultații telefonice gratuite pentru toți cei afectați de presiunea cauzată de pandemie.
Numărul de telefon este 021 9081.
Linia telefonică de sprijin psihologic funcţionează de luni până sâmbătă în intervalul 12.00 – 20.00 şi poate fi apelată cu tarif normal din toate rețelele telefonice.
Cei peste 40 de psihoterapeuţi sunt voluntari ai Asociației de Psihoterapii Cognitive și Comportamentale (APCCR).
Apelurile sunt preluate de printr-o centrală virtuală, numită Cloud Voice, oferită gratuit de Vodafone România.
Este un proiect coordonat de către Ministerul Sănătăţii în parteneriat cu Asociația de Psihoterapii Cognitive și Comportamentale (APCCR), Universitatea Babeș-Bolyai din Cluj-Napoca (prin Clinica Universitară de Psihologie PsyTech) și Vodafone România.
